A special feature of this project, which in total lasted up to 8 weeks of specialist work, is its unique geometric T-shape. It diverges upwards on two sides, symbolising that you can always choose your own path in life. Sophistication in every detail

To achieve this, paying scrupulous attention to even the smallest detail of this project was necessary. What makes this staircase so attractive is the delicate white marble stone without patterns, which harmonises perfectly with the overall interior of the room. This material was not only chosen for aesthetic reasons – it is also a durable stone. For this staircase project, only the best pieces of stone were chosen, which were further processed and polished.
The aluminium baluster collar is also worthy of special attention and is the perfect complement to the Peterborough staircase. Like the other elements of this project, the handrail and balustrade were individually created according to the client’s wishes. The black metal balustrade guarantees durability, reliability, and resistance to external factors. The next element that makes this staircase so aesthetically pleasing is the innovative smart LED lighting system. How it was created
The process of creating the Peterborough staircase began with the fabrication of the steel structure which is the basis of the entire design. This spine was designed to be load bearing and strong, capable of supporting up to 250kg per tread. The use of steel as the main structure not only ensures the longevity of the staircase but also its stability, creating a strong base for future installation.
Once the steel structure was completed, the steps were installed, the height of which was customised to suit the client’s wishes. White marble was chosen as the material for the cladding, which harmonises perfectly with the floor of the room, giving the interior a refined and modern finish. The marble texture adds softness to the overall design, creating a pleasant feeling of warmth and cosiness in the space.
The next stage was the installation of black metal balustrades, which not only served as a protective barrier but also perfectly matched the white marble steps, creating a contrast and completing the visual identity. Additionally, LED lighting with a smart control system has been integrated. This system automatically recognises footsteps and illuminates the steps where a person is moving. This not only adds style and uniqueness to the project but also significantly improves the safety of the staircase by providing perfect lighting at all times of the day.
